Gucci showcases new mobile app

Fashion brand Gucci is aiming to boost customer engagement through new mobile technology.

Using enterprise software provider MicroStrategy’s MobileIntelligence and Usher Mobile Identity, the retailer is looking to combine the best characteristics of digital and in-store retail to attract shoppers.

The Gucci Mobile App was presented at MicroStrategy World 2014, where Gucci CIO Simon Pacciarini was a keynote speaker.
