The halls were buzzing again on day two at RBTE & Retail Design Expo. Exhibitors continued to meet, network and conclude deals with the thousands of buyers and retail industry professionals that filled the exhibition halls.

Today sessions again proved popular and Paul Coby’s on driving market share through technological excellence was no exception, the packed audience received expert advice on the topic from the John Lewis IT Director.

Expert advice, insight and opinion was also delivered on topics such as customer experience strategy, global branding and the pop-up phenomena to name a few in today’s event programmes; last but certainly not least was a look at how retailers can sell culture, with Selfridges Creative Director, Linda Hewson taking to the stage to explain more.
